Real Estate Entrepreneur Life

Win came to the U.S. in September 2010 as a new immigrant and started her life again in a new country without any family or friends. She graduated with a bachelor of Finance from the University of Maryland in 2015 and worked in Fortune 200 corporations as a marketing and financial analyst before transitioning to the real estate industry. She bought her first condo in 2015 and began learning about real estate investment by listening to podcasts, attending webinars, and meeting with other investors. In 2020, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a real estate entrepreneur.

Real Estate Investor Life

Win's passion for real estate led her to invest in multifamily real estate in 2022. She learned about apartment syndications and founded Enriched Equity LLC for her syndication business. She became a general partner in over hundred unit apartment syndications and participated in the capital raising, investor relationship, and operational aspects of large apartments. Currently, she is a co-GP in two apartment syndications in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro.

Educator Life

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Win realized that many Burmese immigrants were not getting unemployment benefits and were suffering from COVID due to language barriers. She helped many people in her community to get unemployment benefits and realized that there was a lack of financial education in the community. In September 2020, she founded Grow And Win to teach people the basics of financial literacy.
